As the winner of the 2024 QASAP Intercollegiate Singing Competition, Rachel Dara won a spot to perform at the 2025 Montreal Fringe Festival. For the first time, Rachel Dara and her 3-piece band will be playing a 45-minute fun set at the Fringe Fest on June 8th at 3pm. Family friendly free event! In 2021, Rachel Dara won the Overture With The Arts teen songwriting competition, where she co-wrote a pop song with BAYLA, and won the opportunity to develop it into a fully mastered track at Planet Studios with Luca Liberatore. As part of the 2025 competition, though she is not compete again as a previous winner, she is performing at their showcase, where they will be judging the artists as part of this year’s program.
