Rachel Dara will be playing an hour long set of folk original songs and classic covers for the residents at The Vista retirement home from 2-3pm on Wednesday, May 28th 2025.

Rachel Dara will be performing at the West Island Blues Festival’s opening night gala alongside Old Soul on May 29th, 2025 at the Pierrefonds Cultural Center. The event will be taking place from 6:00 to 11:00 pm and will be celebrating the West Island community, the start of the West Island Blues Festival season, and the Montreal music scene. As the winner of the 2024 QASAP Intercollegiate Singing Competition, Rachel Dara won a spot to perform at the 2025 Montreal Fringe Festival. For the first time, Rachel Dara and her 3-piece band will be playing a 45-minute fun set at the Fringe Fest on June 8th at 3pm. Family friendly free event! In 2021, Rachel Dara won the Overture With The Arts teen songwriting competition, where she co-wrote a pop song with BAYLA, and won the opportunity to develop it into a fully mastered track at Planet Studios with Luca Liberatore. As part of the 2025 competition, though she is not compete again as a previous winner, she is performing at their showcase, where they will be judging the artists as part of this year’s program. On June 14th at 3:00pm, Rachel Dara will be playing an acoustic set at the Sainte Anne De Bellevue Youth Music Festival, along with other local musicians under the age of 20.
